Most babies are ready for solid foods around 6 months old. Start with iron-rich options like fortified cereals or pureed vegetables.

A balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy usually covers most needs. Growth charts and regular pediatric checkups can help track progress.

Are multivitamins necessary for kids?

Try fruit slices, yogurt, veggie sticks with hummus, whole-grain crackers, or cheese cubes — tasty, colorful, and nutrient-rich!

Be patient and consistent. Offer new foods alongside familiar ones, avoid pressuring them, and involve them in meal prep to spark interest.

It depends on their age and activity level. Generally, toddlers need about 4 cups (1L), while older kids may need 5–7 cups per day.

Some plant-based milks are fortified and can be used after age 1, especially if your child is allergic to dairy. Choose unsweetened options and consult your pediatrician.
